Enjoy a gourmet plated meal on the beautiful Ridge Patio at Camp Newaygo. Your three course meal will feature flavors inspired by the Pacific Northwest while using fresh, local ingredients. Plan to join us on August 11th at 6:30pm, with the first course served at 7pm. Tickets are $29.95 per person. Pre-registration is required.

First Course-Sonoma Salad Bites
Halved Roma tomatoes stuffed with Maracona almonds, chickpeas, shaved carrots, cucumber, red onion and hard-boiled egg, and drizzled with homemade Asiago ranch dressing

Second Course-choice of…
Seared Scallops-Sea scallops served on a bed of roasted corn puree, seared with a garlic confit and crispy pancetta breading
Red Wine Braised Short Ribs-Tender cut short ribs with a red wine and onion marmalade and topped with goat cheese

Sides-Sweet Potato Hash and Sauteed Brussels Sprouts

Third Course-Triple Berry Crisp
A mix of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries served with cinnamon whip cream

Jim Spalink is a musician hailing from Rockford, Michigan. Jim is a multi-instrumentalist with tastes and talents that span history from Celtic Harp, to classical guitar, to Beatles covers
