Ridge Specialties’ Executive Chef Whitney Saylor is moving Camp Newaygo’s well-recognized catering and events to new highs.   This month’s menu features:

First Course: Cajun Salad – Heritage blend Greens, Jicama Slaw, Hominy, and Cajun Avocado Ranch Dressing

Second Course: Shrimp Boil with Smoked Sausage, Potatoes, and Corn  (Vegetarian Option Available on Request)

Third Course: Bourbon Chocolate Bread Pudding

This month’s featured musical artist is Patty PerShayla!  This singer-songwriter is an acoustic guitarist and ukulele player who once placed third in the Bushman World Ukulele Contest.  Her influences include Sheryl Crow, Meg & Dia, KT Tunstall, Brandi Carlisle and Charlene Kaye.  She also collaborates with other artists, and hosts a bi-weekly show every other Monday at noon on WYCE Radio, 88.1 FM.
