Get a great start to your New Year! Camp Newaygo is hosting weekly fitness class samplers with local instructors for you to try out at our beautiful Health & Leadership Lodge.
CLASS LINE UP…
Jan 8th: Yoga with Wendy
Jan 15th: Aryn Jones teaching a body weight, low impact circuit workout that gives you ideas for exercises you can do at home!
Jan 22nd: Jacqueline Cole, from Newaygo Fitness Club, is teaching “Functionally Fit” (A fun body weight workout that emphasizes balance, endurance and flexibility)
Jan 29th: Jacqueline Cole, from Newaygo Fitness Club, is teaching”Strong and Stable” (A resistance workout designed to build confidence and strength). *6PM class start*
The classes are open to adults from the community with no cost to participate, but an optional donation is welcome.
The classes are a drop-in format, but will have a limited capacity.
