Ridge Specialties’ Executive Chef Whitney Saylor is moving Camp Newaygo’s well-recognized catering and events to new highs.   This month’s menu features:

First Course: Layered Salad – Shredded Romain Lettuce, Carrots, Diced Red Onions, Cucumbers, Peas, Cheddar Cheese, and Bacon; Ranch or French dressing

Second Course: (Choose one) – Cedar Plank Salmon with sweet corn compound butter OR Grilled Half Chicken with Carolina barbeque sauce (Vegetarian Option available on request)

Sides: Twice Baked Cheddar and Chive Whipped Potatoes, Garden Fresh Grilled Squash and Zucchini with Roasted Red Peppers

Third Course: Lemon Sponge Cake with housemade Triple Berry Jam
