Summer may seem far away but why let chilly weather stop you from enjoying a great meal with friends? Ridge Specialties is offering a winter dinner in their phenomenal Dinners on the Ridge series.

Enjoy a gourmet plated meal overlooking the Ridge Patio at Camp Newaygo from the warmth of Lang Lodge. Let Executive Chef Chris Gribble treat your family and friends to a wonderful three course dinner beside a roaring fire.

Our featured music for the evening is Pryer Times!  Faith and Mary Pryer are local musicians that love to jam together.  They play a mix of styles including bluegrass and swing that will have you tapping along.

Our first course will be Goat Cheese Gnocchi with green garlic pest and wild mushrooms.

For your main course, choose from Pistachio and Cumin Crusted Salmon OR Hoisin Glazed Beef Brisket.  The main course will be served with a winter root medley and twice baked potatoes.

For dessert enjoy Rum Chatta Bread Pudding with honey glazed donuts, chocolate croissant, roasted apples, pecans and Rum Chatta glaze.

The night will feature an optional outdoor adventure-snowshoeing Camp’s beautiful trails (weather permitting). Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment or borrow ours.

Plan to join us on January 27th at 6:30pm, with the first course served at 7pm. Tickets will be $29.95 per person, advanced registration required.
