Mom & Me

Specifically designed for young children and their moms, grandmothers, aunts or another special female adult.

This weekend program offers an opportunity to introduce children (boys and girls) to the joys of camping. Singing around the campfire, canoeing on Lake Pickerel, catching their first fish, or doing crafts together are more fun together when all the planning and preparation are done for you. And, no cooking all weekend!

Registration for the 2019 Season will begin on December 1st. Please check back with us at that time.

Which Weekend is right for you?

We design the schedule for each Mom & Me to be just right for the age group attending.

Weekend 1: (June 1-2)
Designed for a younger audience. The bedtime is earlier, boating is canoes & kayaks WITH a parent only, and we offer our climbing wall & zip line (but not any other high ropes activity).

Weekend 2: (June 8-9)
Designed for an older group. We offer a night hike, paddle boarding and sailing at the waterfront, the Giant’s Ladder on our high ropes course, and some SERIOUS GaGa tournaments.

Weekend 3: (May  10-11)
Because of our overwhelming interest in Mom and Me, we have opened up a third weekend. This schedule (Friday-Saturday) offers a different option from our first two weekends. With children ages 4-10, this session will offer plenty of waterfront fun, arts and crafts, and an evening campfire.

Many families bring multiple children, with a difference in age. You can bring children outside of the suggested age range to any of the three weekends, but we just want you to be prepared for the schedule differences.

Please remember that these weekends are designed for you to spend time with your little ones. We ask guardians to be with their children at all times.
