Our Ridge Dinner Series is back this summer! We are excited to bring back our Shrimp Boil Ridge Dinner on June 22nd from 6:00-7:30. Enjoy a three course meal along with live music, by Max Morrison on the Patio of Lang Lodge at Camp Newaygo.
Menu: Start with Garlic Cheddar drop biscuits and whipped butter alongside house salad with Cajun Vinaigrette.
The Shrimp Boil Main Course will feature Shrimp, Red Potatoes, local Corn on the Cobb, and Smoked Sausage.
For Dessert we have a summer classic of strawberry shortcake with fresh whipped cream.
