Kick-off your summer with great activities at Spring Adventure Days!

Summer is just around the corner and it’s the perfect time to venture outside to shoot archery, get out on the lake, make a craft, and more. Take a tour learn more about our summer camp programs. No advanced registration is required and FREE entry for qualifying Newaygo County Families and for families touring for summer camp!
Details + admission
Dates and Time: Saturday, May 16th and Sunday, May 17th. 12pm-4pm
Free Admission: for qualifying Newaygo County Families* -or- families touring for summer camp.
Admission Fee: $9 per person/$30 for a family of four if you don’t qualify for free admission.
Registration: No Advanced Registration needed for the main event.
Zipline: Registration is required for the zipline and additional fees apply
Concessions: available for an additional cost

Planned Activity Details
We have plenty of fun planned all around camp! Activities could be subject to change based on weather and are available while supplies last. Children must be accompanied by an adult their entire time at Spring Adventure Days.
Camp Tours and Summer Info: While you are visiting for the day, you can learn more about our Girls’ Overnight Camp, Co-Ed Day Camp, and even our Family Programs like Mom, Grandma, Auntie, & Me. Tour the facility, meet the counselors, and ask any questions you have.
Campfire and S’mores: if you are out at camp, you have to roast a marshmallow over the campfire. We will have graham crackers, marshmallows, and, of course, chocolate on hand to make sure you get to enjoy this classic summer treat.
Archery: it wouldn’t be a trip to camp without a stop at the archery range. Take aim at the targets down range with help from our staff and volunteers to make sure every archer, regardless of experience, has fun!
High Ropes Challenges: Camp’s new rock wall features four different sides and multiple climbing routes that allow for a variety of challenge levels.
Waterfront Fun: there will be quite a new options down at Pickerel lake to choose from including kayaking, swimming, and grabbing a seat for a pontoon boat ride.
Crafts: you will have a chance to get creative up at our craftshop and make something to take home inspired by the summer fun ahead. We will have everything on hand to make something special.
Concessions: stop by our concessions stand for lunch, refreshments, or an afternoon snack! There will be plenty of summer favorites to choose from.
*Add-On Zipline Canopy Tour*

Sign up for a ride on our zipline! Soar through the trees on three different zipline through Camp. Times are available throughout both days of Spring Adventure Days.
Eligibility: Riders must weigh between 50-250lbs, wear closed toe shoes, and be able to support themselves/raise their legs in a climbing harness.
Cost: $30 per person -or- FREE for qualifying Newaygo County Families
Registration: Advanced registration is strongly encouraged. Participants must arrive at the start of their timeslot and there are only 10 spot per hour.
